What is it like? Our service is traditional Presbyterian, PCUSA. There is no band or fancy stage lighting. We like to keep it simple. Every step of the service is clearly described in each Sunday's bulletin and prayers are printed out. You do not need to worry that you might be embarrassed by not knowing what to do or if we do things a little different than you are accustomed to. Most of our Sunday services end with a brief time of coffee and fellowship.
What about my kids? We are currently developing a new Children's Ministry program. Childcare for infants- age 6 during the service, will be available, starting September 2023. We offer Children's Worship bags for the older children. Please ask the greeter for assistance. Sunday School for ages 4-12 will be available starting in the Fall of 2023.
Where do I park? We have a large parking lot across the street from the church on Queen St. There is also handicap parking on the side of the church and a couple spots in front.
What do I wear? We may be traditionalists but please don't feel like you need to dress up for us. You will see dresses and sports coats but also simple casual attire. Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
How can I get connected? When you visit, there are visitor cards on the table, just inside the door. No one will make you fill one out. We want you to feel welcome and hope you will want to become part of our family. We do not want anyone to feel pressured. If our little church feels like a good fit and you would like to know more then fill out one of the cards and drop it in the offering plate. One of our Elders will give you call or more likely introduce themselves during fellowship after the service.
